Delivery to pick-up points (Urban Planet stores)

We strive to make your purchases as profitable as possible, so we offer the possibility of free delivery of orders to our official stores.

To make your wait comfortable, please read the rules of operation of the pick-up points:

Terms and logistics

Delivery to the store does not always take place on the principle of «today for today». The term of receiving the order depends on the schedule of goods deliveries to a specific store:

- If the product is available in the store in sufficient quantities, the order may be ready for delivery on the day of placement.
- If the product is not in the store, we ship it from our central warehouse. In this case, the wait can last from 1 to 5 days (depending on the next scheduled delivery to the store).

How does the product reserve work?

Your order is automatically placed on reserve in the store only if there is at least one unit of this product left on the shelf for free sale after your reservation.

Example 1: You order 1 hat, and the store has 2 of them - one is put on reserve for you, the order is confirmed immediately.

Example 2: You need 3 units of the product, and the store has only 3 in stock - the reserve will not be confirmed. We will bring your order from the central warehouse during the next delivery.

Example 3: The product in the store is the last copy left - it is not reserved. We will deliver a new unit for you from the warehouse so as not to take the last one from the display case.

IMPORTANT: Order storage period

After your order is collected, confirmed by the operator and ready for delivery, it will be waiting for you for exactly one day (24 hours).

Please note: If you do not pick up the order within 24 hours of confirmation, it will be automatically canceled and the goods will be returned to the store balance for free sale.
