If the size, color did not suit you, or you found other problems with your online order, please contact the online store's call center at one of the mobile numbers 063 063 17 17/050 225 46 94/096 674 06 99. 
In case of purchase in a physical store, contact the store where you made the purchase directly.

Delivery is paid by the buyer in case of return of the goods. Refunds are made within 1-5 business days. If delivery is unpaid, its cost is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In case of return of goods due to manufacturing defect, delivery is paid by the manufacturer.

Return conditions: within 14 days from the date of purchase - order number, no signs of use of the goods, presence of the tag and seal. If signs of use of the goods are detected, we reserve the right to refuse to return the goods.

Important!

Goods that are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the terms of the public offer of the Urban Planet store (except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage):

- headwear (hats, caps, etc.);
- socks;
- underwear;
- gloves.
