The warranty period for any product of TM Urban Planet is 30 days from the date of purchase.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
- mechanical wear of the product, namely: abrasion of the fabric and lining, tearing/cutting of the fabric and lining
- physical damage to plastic fittings due to use (regardless of the period of use)
- damage to the zipper, tearing and tearing of the slider, buttons or belt straps and elements that hold the load in clothing and accessories.

Important!
In the event that the buyer transfers the goods to the seller for warranty repair, it must be clean and free of foreign odors. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the seller has the right to refuse repair. In this case, the buyer pays for shipping both ways.
