Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery is carried out within 1-2 days after full payment for the order or by cash on delivery with an advance payment of 150 UAH at your request. Orders in which a promotional code is used and products related to underwear (gloves, underwear) are not sent by cash on delivery.
Free delivery for orders over 2000 UAH subject to full prepayment.
By delivery service Nova Poshta
Delivery from Urban Planet warehouse is carried out on the day of the order, if payment is received by 3 pm of the current day (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday are processed primarily on the next business day.
The term of delivery by Nova Poshta service is 1-3 days (depending on the location of the settlement). You can order delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or by courier to a place convenient for you.
Важливо! Перевіряйте товар відразу при отриманні у відділенні Нової Пошти в присутності працівника компанії. При виявленні пошкодження упакування чи механічних пошкоджень товару ви можете відмовитися від замовлення чи виставити претензію службі доставки Нова Пошта. Сума замовлення вказується без врахування ціни доставки.
Payment for delivery services is made at the time of receiving the order at the branch or directly to the courier. Tariffs for delivery are set by the carrier Nova Poshta. When receiving the order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you. Only the person for whom the delivery is issued can receive the order.

Delivery abroad
By Ukrposhta delivery service
The goods are sent from the warehouse abroad within 1-3 days from the moment of receipt of payment. The delivery time by Ukrposhta is 14-30 days. The delivery rates are set by the carrier Ukrposhta. The cost of delivery will be included in the order amount.
After submitting the order, you will be informed in one of the ways available to you:
- via VIBER message;
- SMS message;
- by e-mail.
