Payment / Delivery
The goods are shipped from the Urban Planet warehouse by Nova Poshta on the day of the order, if the payment is received by 3 p.m. on the same day (except Saturday/Sunday and public holidays). Saturday and Sunday orders are processed primarily on the next business day.
Delivery to Urban Planet pick-up points takes place every week on certain days, after the order is placed, the operator notifies the delivery date and information about the delivery date will be sent to your email and via push notification and will appear in your order.
The Urban Planet online store offers delivery to any corner of the world in the following ways:
- within Ukraine by Nova Poshta delivery service to the branch and by courier;
- outside Ukraine by Ukrposhta delivery service.
- the order is sent by cash on delivery if the manager has called the buyer and received confirmation. If confirmation is not received, the order may be canceled.

Return / Exchange
Urban Planet products can be easily returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return conditions:
- no signs of use of the product;
- presence of the tag and original seals;
- return in the original packaging.
- the receipt for the purchase of the product must be returned together with the product.
If signs of use of the product are detected, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of the product.
Delivery is paid by the buyer in the event of a return of the product not due to a manufacturing defect.
